Our Curriculum
Shaping lives, shaping futures.
Start children off on the way they should go and even when they are old, they will not turn from it.
Proverbs 22:6
At St John’s we provide a broad and balanced curriculum that is engaging for all pupils and actively encourages a curiosity of the world around them. Lessons are delivered in a creative and inspiring manner that promotes independence, a love of learning and a desire to challenge their thinking.
As a Church of England school, our curriculum is underpinned by our Christian and British values as we endeavour to ensure that pupils leave us as thoughtful, creative and confident young people who are able to make a positive contribution on a local, national and international scale.
